Cliche Story 5
The Hidden Goddess
Plot:
Seluna’s followers have disappeared, and her offerings have stopped, but she suspects it is not due to fear or lack of devotion. Someone is stealing her gifts—her divine relics, the sacred instruments and songs that empower her. Disguising herself as a common bard, Seluna descends to a bustling port city known for its criminal underworld. Here, she discovers that a group of thieves, led by the mysterious and charming Soren, has been systematically stealing from the gods themselves, using enchanted artifacts to suppress divine power.
Seluna teams up with Soren, who is a rogue and master thief with a hidden past. Unbeknownst to him, his strange connection to the moon is what draws the thieves to his leadership. They believe he can unlock an artifact capable of controlling Seluna herself. Through thrilling heists, narrow escapes, and magical intrigue, Seluna and Soren learn to trust one another, though Soren is constantly suspicious of her true identity. Along the way, they form an unlikely partnership, with Seluna teaching Soren to rediscover his connection to music and the divine.
The climax reveals a shocking twist: Soren himself is a descendant of an ancient bloodline that once betrayed the gods, and his purpose was to steal Seluna’s song for his ancestors. But his bond with her grows stronger as they face a dangerous conspiracy, and together, they must outwit the powerful thieves’ guild before it consumes them both. In the end, Soren must decide: will he betray Seluna for his ancestors’ power, or will he join her in restoring the lost music of the world?
